We had a cat who was at the end of his life and, once we lost our cat, I had to do a thorough cleaning of all the rugs.  I had 4 Pottery Barn wool rugs and one one really fluffy rug and they look very clean right now.  The gentleman who picked them up and brought them back was super nice.
